These Air Fryer Snickers Pastries are a fun and indulgent dessert — gooey Snickers candy bars wrapped in flaky puff pastry, then air fried until crispy and golden. Perfect for quick treats, parties, or satisfying a sweet craving in minutes

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (defrosted)

  • 34 full-size Snickers bars (or mini Snickers)

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • 1 tbsp water

  • Powdered sugar (optional)

  • Caramel or chocolate sauce (optional, for drizzling)


Instructions

  • Preheat Air Fryer
    Preheat to 350°F (175°C).

  • Prepare the Pastry
    Roll out puff pastry if needed. Cut into squares large enough to wrap Snickers pieces.

  • Prepare the Snickers
    Cut bars into smaller pieces (e.g., thirds) so they fit inside the pastry.

  • Fill & Seal
    Place a Snickers piece in the center of each pastry square. Fold and seal edges tightly with a fork.

  • Egg Wash
    Beat egg with water; brush over each pastry for a golden finish.

  • Air Fry
    Place pastries in a single layer. Air fry 10–12 minutes, or until puffed and golden.

  • Cool & Serve
    Let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar and/or drizzle with caramel or chocolate sauce.

Notes

  • Seal edges well to prevent caramel leaks.

  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer — space helps even browning.

  • Filling will be very hot straight from the air fryer; cool briefly before eating.
