  • 1 tablespoon (or more) sriracha

  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)

  • ½ teaspoon rice vinegar (optional, for tang)


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey if using.

  2. Add rice vinegar if you want a slight tang.

  3. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.

  4. Taste and adjust — add more sriracha for heat or more sweet chili sauce for sweetness.
