1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup milk


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
4. Stir in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.

6. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
