Ingredients
For the Chicken

450 g chicken breast, cut into small cubes

1 tbsp olive oil

2–3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp dried oregano (optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste
For the Wraps

4 large tortilla wraps
-
200 g shredded cheese (mozzarella + cheddar recommended)

100 g cream cheese
-
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions

Cook the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the diced chicken and season with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Cook for 5–7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly golden.

Add chopped garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Prepare the Filling

Combine the cooked chicken with cream cheese, mozzarella, and cheddar in a bowl.

Mix until everything is creamy and well combined.

Assemble the Wraps

Warm each tortilla slightly to make it flexible.

Add filling to the center of each tortilla.

Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.

Crisp the Wraps

Heat a clean pan over medium heat.

Place wraps seam-side down to seal.

Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
