Ingredients

1 loaf of French bread
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley until well combined.
3. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves of the bread.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the buttered bread.
6. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. For an extra crispy top, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
