4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 large eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
Vegetable oil for frying


Instructions

1. In a shallow bowl, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and buttermilk.
3. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture until well coated.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
5. Fry the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Remove from the skillet and let drain on paper towels.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the buttermilk mixture for a few hours or overnight. Serve with your favorite gravy.
