For the Chicken

2 chicken breasts (~200 g each)

For the Garlic Sauce

3 tbsp mayonnaise

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt & pepper, to taste
For the Sandwich

4 slices of bread (toasted or fresh)

Lettuce leaves
-
Tomato slices
-
Optional: cheese slices, pickles, or avocado
Instructions

Prepare the Chicken

Flatten the chicken breasts slightly for even cooking.

Mix minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture over the chicken.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest 2–3 minutes.

Make the Garlic Sauce

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.

Assemble the Sandwich

Spread garlic sauce on both slices of bread.

Place lettuce leaves on the bottom slice.

Layer tomato slices, and cheese or avocado if using.
