Ingredients
-
1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
-
1 cup dried cranberries
-
½ cup chopped pecans or almonds
-
¼ cup shredded coconut (optional)
-
1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional — helps chocolate set smoother)
-
Sea salt flakes, for topping
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper so the bites release easily.
Add dark chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave in short 20–30 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth and glossy.
Stir in dried cranberries, nuts, and shredded coconut until everything is evenly coated with chocolate.
Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Shape them into small clusters.
Sprinkle each cluster lightly with sea salt.
Place in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes until fully set.
Enjoy straight from the fridge for the best texture.
Notes
-
Using coconut oil helps give the chocolate a shiny, smooth finish.
-
Sea salt enhances the dark chocolate flavor and balances sweetness.
-
