These Dark Chocolate Cranberry Bites are rich, chewy, sweet-tart little treats made with smooth melted chocolate, dried cranberries, and crunchy add-ins. They’re perfect for snacking, gifting, or keeping in the fridge for a quick dessert fix.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

  • 1 cup dried cranberries

  • ½ cup chopped pecans or almonds

  • ¼ cup shredded coconut (optional)

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional — helps chocolate set smoother)

  • Sea salt flakes, for topping


Instructions

1. Prepare the Tray

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper so the bites release easily.

2. Melt the Chocolate

Add dark chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave in short 20–30 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth and glossy.

3. Mix the Filling

Stir in dried cranberries, nuts, and shredded coconut until everything is evenly coated with chocolate.

4. Form the Bites

Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Shape them into small clusters.
Sprinkle each cluster lightly with sea salt.

5. Chill

Place in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes until fully set.

6. Serve

Enjoy straight from the fridge for the best texture.
