Description

Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for drizzling


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Spread the cut fries on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
