Ingredients

2 pounds of steak (chuck or round cut), cubed
4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup of diced onions
1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
1 cup of beef broth
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

1. Place the cubed steak at the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Layer the diced potatoes and onions on top of the steak.
3. In a bowl, mix together the beef broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture evenly over the potatoes and steak.
