Ingredients
8 oz (225g) rice noodles
1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup snap peas
2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add the sliced beef to the pan and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Stir in the hoisin sauce and soy sauce, mixing well to coat the beef evenly.
6. Add the bell pepper and snap peas; stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
7. Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet with the beef and vegetables, mixing everything together for about another minute.
8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
