Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Sear the chicken in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
4. In a separate saucepan, combine shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and milk. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
5. Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and pour the cheese sauce over the top.
