- 1 box (3 oz) orange gelatin (Jell-O brand or similar)
- ¾ cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon orange zest (optional, for extra citrus flavor)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Step 2: Dissolve the Gelatin
- In a small bowl, dissolve orange gelatin in ¾ cup boiling water.
- Stir well, then add ½ cup cold water and mix.
- Let it cool slightly at room temperature (do not let it set).
