Delight your family and friends with these fun and festive Oreo Cookies and Cream Filled Easter Eggs. Perfect for an Easter celebration or any special occasion!
Ingredients
1 package of Oreo cookies (about 15 cookies)
1 cup of cream cheese, softened
1 cup of white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon of coconut oil (optional)
Plastic Easter egg molds
Instructions
1. In a bowl, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
2. Mix the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well blended.
3. Take a plastic Easter egg mold and fill each half with the Oreo mixture, pressing down to compact it.
4. Freeze the filled molds for about 30 minutes until set.
5. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. If desired, add coconut oil to thin out the chocolate.
6. Once the Oreo halves are set, remove them from the mold.
7. Dip each half in the melted white chocolate to coat and then press them together to form an egg shape.
8. Place them on a wax paper-lined tray and let them cool until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
Feel free to decorate the eggs with colorful sprinkles or edible glitter for an extra festive touch!
