This Pineapple Condensed Milk Cake is a moist and flavorful dessert that combines the sweetness of pineapple with the creaminess of condensed milk, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple (drained)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. In another large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, crushed pineapple, and vanilla extract until well combined.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined (do not overmix).
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
