Ingredients

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Wonton wrappers (about 20)
Oil for frying or cooking spray for baking


Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Lay out a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center.
3. Moisten the edges of the wonton with water. Fold the wrapper in half to create a triangle and press to seal. You can also fold the corners over to create a pouch shape.
4. Heat oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium heat (or preheat oven to 375°F/190°C if baking).
5. For frying: Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
6. For baking: Place sealed wontons on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spray with cooking spray, and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

You can customize the filling by adding other ingredients like bell peppers or different cheeses according to your preference.
