For the Chicken:

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

For the Noodles:
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the Noodles: In the same pan, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Simmer and Add Cream: Add the egg noodles to the broth, stirring occasionally. Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed, about 8-10 minutes. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
