A fun, gooey, crispy twist on classic s’mores — all wrapped in a warm tortilla and air-fried to golden perfection. These treats are perfect for movie nights, parties, or anytime you crave melty chocolate and toasted marshmallows without a campfire.
Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup mini marshmallows or 4 large marshmallows

1 cup chocolate chips or chocolate squares

4–6 graham crackers, crushed or broken into pieces

2 tbsp butter, melted (optional, for brushing)

Powdered sugar or chocolate drizzle for serving (optional)
Instructions
1. Assemble the Crunchwraps

Lay a tortilla flat.

Add a handful of marshmallows to the center.

Top with chocolate chips or chocolate squares.

Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top.

Make sure everything is centered so it folds easily.
2. Fold the Crunchwrap

Fold the tortilla edges inward, creating a tight circular wrap.

Press firmly so nothing falls out.
3. Air Fry

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Brush both sides of the crunchwrap with melted butter (optional for extra crisp).

Place seam-side down in the air fryer.

Cook for 5–7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crisp.
4. Serve

Let cool for 1–2 minutes — the inside will be very hot.

Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
Notes

Marshmallows expand when heated — keep the filling in the center so it doesn’t leak.

Tortillas crisp fastest when lightly brushed with butter or oil.
