- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- Dark chocolate shavings or berries for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a food processor or blender.
- Blend: Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, sea salt, and cinnamon (if using) to the food processor.
- Process Until Smooth: Blend until the mixture is silky and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides to ensure everything is well incorporated.
- Adjust Sweetness & Texture: Taste the mousse and add more maple syrup if desired. If it’s too thick, add a splash of almond milk.
