A tropical vacation in a glass! This vibrant smoothie blends sweet pineapple, creamy banana, juicy mango, and coconut for a refreshing drink that transports you straight to the Caribbean beaches. It’s sunshine and island vibes captured in liquid form!

For the Tropical Base:

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (fresh works too, but frozen gives that perfect slushy texture)
  • 1 ripe banana (the spottier, the sweeter!)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream (the thick part from the top of a coconut milk can – trust me, it’s worth digging for!)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (fresh-squeezed takes this to the next level!)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla works great here)

For Extra Flavor Boosters:

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (totally optional – taste first!)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (for that omega-3 goodness)
  • Tiny pinch of sea salt (sounds weird but actually enhances all the flavors!)

For the Perfect Consistency:

  • 1 cup ice cubes (more or less depending on how thick you like it)

For that Instagram-Worthy Garnish:

  • Fresh pineapple wedge
  • Maraschino cherry (or a fresh one if you’re feeling fancy)
  • Colorful paper straw and tiny umbrella (because why not?)
