Ingredients
  

  • lbs baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: parmesan parsley, chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the baby potatoes into halves or quarters.
  • Toss potatoes in a mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the potatoes in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the potatoes for 15 to 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crisping.
  • Optionally, toss the hot potatoes with parmesan and parsley before serving.
  • Serve immediately with your choice of ketchup, aioli, or ranch dressing.
