- 1 tsp garlic powder optional
- 1 tsp onion powder optional
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crisped
- 8 slices bread your choice
- 8 slices cheese cheddar, American, or your favorite
- Optional toppings: sliced pickles tomato, onion, lettuce
- Butter or mayo for grilling
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up until browned and cooked through; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, then drain excess fat.
Butter one side of each bread slice or spread mayo; on the unbuttered side, layer cooked beef, cheese slice, crispy bacon, and optional toppings.
Top with another slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
