Ingredients
  

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: chopped cilantro
  • Optional: sliced jalapeños

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lightly brush the flatbreads with olive oil, then spread BBQ sauce evenly over each.
  • Top the flatbreads with shredded chicken, sliced red onion, mozzarella, cheddar, and optional jalapeños.
  • Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped cilantro on top.
  • Slice and serve the flatbread pizza hot.
