Ingredients
  

  • 4 flatbreads or naan breads
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk optional, for fluffier eggs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 7 oz breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 4 –6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 to 1½ cups shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or blend
  • Green onions sliced (optional garnish)
  • Fresh parsley or chives optional garnish
  • Hot sauce or ketchup optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place flatbreads evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  • Scramble the eggs in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until softly set, then remove from heat.
  • Spread scrambled eggs evenly over each flatbread.
  • Top each flatbread with cooked sausage and chopped bacon.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the toppings.
  • Bake flatbreads for 8 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and flatbreads are heated through.
  • Remove from oven and garnish with green onions, parsley, or chives if desired.
  • Slice and serve warm, adding hot sauce or ketchup if preferred.
