- 2 tablespoons milk optional

- 6 to 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese or cheese blend
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 to 2 tablespoons butter or oil for cooking

Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
