Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb cooked ham sliced or cubed
  • 1 can pineapple chunks or rings with juice
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon or yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Place the cooked ham in a baking dish and arrange the pineapple on top.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce, and pineapple juice.
  • Pour the glaze evenly over the ham and pineapple.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the glaze is caramelized and sticky.

Notes

  • Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
  • Leftovers reheat well and make great sandwiches.
