  • 1 baking sheet or pizza stone

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • cups cooked shredded chicken
  • cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • chopped green onions for garnish
  • ranch or blue cheese dressing optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a pizza stone inside if using.
  • Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  • Roll or stretch the pizza dough into the preferred shape and place on a baking sheet or pizza peel.
  • Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough.
  • Add the buffalo chicken evenly on top, followed by red onion slices and crumbled blue cheese.
  • Bake the pizza for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
  • Optionally drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Add celery slices for a classic buffalo flavor twist.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce amount to control the spice level.
