- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1½ cups cooked shredded chicken
- ⅓ cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a pizza stone inside if using.
Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
Roll or stretch the pizza dough into the preferred shape and place on a baking sheet or pizza peel.
Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough.
Add the buffalo chicken evenly on top, followed by red onion slices and crumbled blue cheese.
Bake the pizza for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
