- 1 tortilla regular, whole wheat, or spinach
- 2 to 3 slices cooked turkey breast deli or roasted
- 1 to 2 slices cooked bacon or turkey bacon
- 1 slice cheddar or similar cheese
- a few leaves lettuce romaine or mixed greens
- a few slices tomato
- ¼ to ½ ripe avocado sliced
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- optional 1 teaspoon mustard or Dijon
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Optionally warm the tortilla in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
Spread mayonnaise and mustard evenly over the tortilla.
Layer lettuce, turkey, bacon, cheese, avocado, and tomato in the center of the tortilla.
Season the fillings with salt and black pepper to taste.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
Slice the wrap diagonally if desired and serve immediately or wrap for later.
- Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter wrap.
- Add sliced cucumber, red onion, or bell peppers for extra crunch.
