- ½ cup tomato sauce or ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder optional

- 4 slices bread white, whole wheat, or preferred
- 1 to 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese or cheese blend

Cook ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and onions are soft.
