- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tub 10–14 oz whipped topping or about 2 cups whipped cream
- 3 –4 ripe bananas sliced
- vanilla wafer cookies enough for layering
- optional: extra wafer crumbs or banana slices for garnish
In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and cold water until smooth.
Add instant vanilla pudding mix and whisk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and creamy.
Spread a layer of vanilla wafers on the bottom of a serving dish or cups.
Add a layer of banana slices, then spoon a layer of pudding mixture on top.
Repeat layering wafers, bananas, and pudding, ending with pudding on top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 to 4 hours or overnight to meld flavors and soften wafers.
Garnish with extra banana slices or crushed vanilla wafers before serving.
