- 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
- 1 lb baby potatoes halved or quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 1 oz ranch seasoning mix 1 packet
- 2 cloves garlic minced (optional)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper optional
- ½ teaspoon paprika optional
- 4 –6 slices cooked bacon crumbled (optional)
Wash and trim the green beans.
Halve or quarter the baby potatoes to ensure even cooking.
In a large bowl, combine green beans and potatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle ranch seasoning over the vegetables.
