Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz spaghetti cooked and drained
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes drained
  • ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese topping
  • extra bacon crumbles topping
  • dried parsley or Italian herbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, heavy cream or milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti and shredded chicken to the sauce mixture.
  • Stir in 1½ cups cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and crumbled bacon until well mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese and extra bacon crumbles over the top.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and the cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with dried parsley or Italian herbs, let cool slightly, then serve warm.
