- 12 oz spaghetti cooked and drained
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup heavy cream or milk
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced tomatoes drained
- ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese topping
- extra bacon crumbles topping
- dried parsley or Italian herbs for garnish
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, heavy cream or milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the cooked spaghetti and shredded chicken to the sauce mixture.
Stir in 1½ cups cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and crumbled bacon until well mixed.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese and extra bacon crumbles over the top.
