- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar
- 3 ½ cups milk
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mini marshmallows for serving

Bring water to a boil in a small pot.
Whisk in cocoa powder and cane sugar until smooth.
Reduce heat to medium and gradually add milk while whisking.
