  • Optional: toasted nuts such as almonds or pecans

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice peaches into wedges or bite-sized pieces, then place them in a serving bowl.
  • Add cubed or shredded white cheddar cheese over the sliced peaches.
  • Drizzle honey and fresh lemon juice over the peaches and cheese.
