Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle chilled sparkling wine or champagne
  • 1 to 1¼ cups white cranberry juice
  • ½ to 1 cup orange juice adjust to taste
  • Ice optional
  • Optional garnishes: fresh cranberries citrus slices, mint, or sugared rims

Instructions
 

  • Chill the sparkling wine or champagne and all juices thoroughly before starting.
  • In a pitcher, gently stir together white cranberry juice and orange juice.
  • Fill each champagne flute halfway with the juice mixture.
  • Top each flute with chilled sparkling wine or champagne.
  • Add optional garnishes such as fresh cranberries, citrus slices, or a sprig of mint.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the crisp, festive drink.
