- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons key lime juice or fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut optional
- 1 –2 tablespoons white chocolate chips optional
- Extra lime zest for garnish
Whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, key lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly about ¼ inch thick.
Sprinkle crushed graham crackers evenly over the yogurt base.
Add shredded coconut and white chocolate chips if desired, then finish with a light sprinkle of lime zest.
