Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 –2 lbs frozen or fresh fries
  • –2 cups shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or blend
  • 8 –10 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 –3 green onions sliced
  • Optional toppings: sour cream ranch dressing, jalapeños, diced tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Cook the fries by baking, air frying, or frying according to package or preferred method until golden and crispy.
  • Spread hot fries evenly onto an oven-safe platter or baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese and crumbled bacon evenly over the fries.
  • Place under the broiler or in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese until bubbly.
  • Remove from heat and top with sliced green onions and any optional toppings like sour cream, jalapeños, or diced tomatoes.
  • Serve immediately while hot and cheesy.
