Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 recommended
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder optional
  • ½ tsp onion powder optional
  • 8 small slider buns
  • Optional toppings: mustard pickles, cheese slices, diced onions, ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef and finely chopped onion to the skillet.
  • Cook the beef and onion, breaking the meat apart with a spoon, until fully browned and cooked through.
  • Season the mixture with Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder if using.
  • Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant and well combined.
  • Split the slider buns horizontally.
  • Spoon warm seasoned beef onto the bottom half of each bun, leaving it loose to keep it juicy.
  • Add optional toppings such as mustard, pickles, cheese slices, diced onions, or ketchup as desired.
  • Place the top bun on each slider and serve immediately while hot.

Notes

  • For juicier meat, opt for 80/20 ground beef.
  • Add cheese slices on beef before closing buns for cheesy sliders.
