Equipment

  • 1 muffin tin use silicone molds for easier tart removal
  • 1 mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups granola
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • sliced kiwi banana, or mango
  • mint leaves optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine granola, honey, and melted butter in a bowl until mixture is sticky.
  • Press the granola mixture firmly into muffin tin cups to form small tart shells.
  • Refrigerate the tart shells for 30 minutes to set.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth.
  • Spoon the yogurt filling into the chilled granola tart shells.
  • Garnish each tart with fresh fruit and optional mint leaves.
  • Chill for an additional 30 to 60 minutes before serving for the best texture.
  • Carefully remove the tarts from the mold and serve.

Notes

  • Use silicone molds for easy tart removal.
  • Optional: add a melted chocolate layer inside the crust for richness.
  • Serve immediately after topping with fruit to keep the crust crisp.
