Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs Oreos or similar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup chocolate ganache or chocolate syrup
  • Optional: chopped peanuts or shaved chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter together until well combined.
  • Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan and chill while preparing the filling.
  • Beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly until combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until mixture is creamy and light.
  • Spread the peanut butter filling evenly into the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Drizzle chocolate ganache or syrup over the pie and sprinkle with chopped peanuts or shaved chocolate if desired.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 to 4 hours or overnight to set before slicing and serving.
