Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups mini pretzels twists or sticks
  • 1 cup caramel bits or unwrapped soft caramels
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 cups chocolate chips milk, dark, or mixed
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread pretzels evenly over the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramel bits and heavy cream.
  • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between bursts until caramel is smooth and pourable.
  • Drizzle the warm caramel evenly over the pretzels.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips over the caramel layer and let them soften for a few minutes.
  • Spread the softened chocolate into an even layer over the pretzels and caramel.
  • While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle sea salt on top to taste.
  • Refrigerate the bark for 30 to 45 minutes until the chocolate sets completely.
  • Break the bark into pieces and serve or store as desired.
