- 1/4 cup toasted nuts walnuts, pecans, or almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries or pomegranate seeds optional
- 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan or crumbled cheese optional
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Whisk olive oil, apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until combined.
