Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
  • Optional: lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a large sheet pan with parchment paper or grease.
  • In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the shrimp, then top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes until shrimp are pink, opaque, and cheese is melted and golden.
  • Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

  • Swap cheeses with mozzarella and Romano for a flavor change.
  • Add cayenne or red pepper flakes for heat.
  • Broil 1–2 minutes for a crispier cheese topping.
  • Perfect served with rice, pasta, or a crisp salad.
