Ingredients

  • 1 –2 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
  • 1 container 8 oz whipped topping, thawed

Instructions
 

  • Place chopped strawberries in a small bowl.
  • Add sugar and lemon juice, then stir gently and let sit 5–10 minutes until juices are released.
  • In a larger bowl, add thawed whipped topping.
  • Fold the strawberry mixture gently into the whipped topping until evenly combined, avoiding over-mixing.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to blend flavors and chill.
  • Serve chilled over cakes, pies, pancakes, waffles, or as a simple no-bake dessert.
