Ingredients
  

  • 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 400 g
  • 1 packet dry yeast 7 g
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup lukewarm water 200 ml
  • 14 oz crushed tomatoes 400 g
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 7 oz shredded mozzarella cheese 200 g
  • 14 oz sliced mushrooms 400 g

Instructions
 

  • Combine flour, dry yeast, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add olive oil and lukewarm water to the dry ingredients and knead into a smooth dough for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour until it doubles in size.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add minced garlic and cook briefly.
  • Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper, then simmer the sauce for 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
  • Divide the dough into two portions and roll each into a thin round or rectangle shape.
  • Place the rolled dough on a baking tray or pizza stone.
  • Spread the tomato sauce evenly over each dough base.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Top the pizzas with sliced mushrooms.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Slice and serve the pizzas hot.
